I grew up eating this salad and love it. It’s a bit different than most North American cucumber salads I’ve seen as there is no sour cream in it, only a simple oil and vinegar dressing. Usually it’s been made using only cucumbers but sometime cooked green and/or yellow beans and/or tomatoes are added.

I grew up eating artichokes dipped in a garlic butter, which is delicious, but i wanted something i wouldn’t feel so guilty about eating. So, i came up with this recipe as a test, and it was really good

This pumpkin soup is spiced up with curry powder, you may add as little or as much as you like to get the desired taste. for a creamier soup, replace half a cup of milk with some sour cream or fresh cream.

This is a savory meat-less loaf. It has an interesting mix of ingredients (potatoes, peanuts, mushrooms, cilantro, sun-dried tomatoes, plus more) and an interesting sauce (sour cream, tomato paste, honey, cilantro)
